Premium Group Training Classes (Small class sizes)

Our premium classes are for those who want to push a little harder and farther. Premium classes are smaller and provide more personalized attention from our staff. Think of them as a step between free classes and work with a personal trainer.

Note: punch cards are available for our premium classes.

$ Shark Fit: Feel like a ninja warrior in this fierce outdoor bootcamp. Functional fitness meets sweat, fun, friends and lots of variety. Jump rope, burpees, plank walks, and tire runs are just some of the action we have in store! Flip tires, release the beast, and blast through physical boundaries !

$ NagaYoga*: Join us for a full 90 minutes of yoga utilizing special lighting, blocks and straps (more to come.) Classes will include yoga flow, strength, flexibility, and meditation. Balance your chakras on Tuesday, focus on one chakra on Thursday, and ease into your weekend on Saturday.

$ Chiseled: Strength focused programming aimed towards isolating muscle groups and building strength and muscular endurance. Be ready to make your muscles burn and drip sweat with this low cardio format. You will tone, tighten, and sculpt your body!

$ Intensity: A high powered 60 minutes! All fitness levels can take their fitness to the next level. Experience running, rowing, resistance training, and bodyweight movements, all in one high intensity class. Maximum effort is all you need for results: just show up! Come join the fun and burn calories long after the workout is over!

$ Turbo Kick LIVE®: Join the ultimate cardio kickboxing party! Each Turbo Kick LIVE® class is packed with real kickboxing moves, calorie-blasting HIIT training, and bodyweight exercises. You’ll leave every class dripping sweat, and ready to conquer anything!

$ POP Pilates: Pilates with attitude! Work on the mind-body awareness from the inside out: build a rock solid core, improve strength, flexibility and balance. An addictive class, fun for everyone!

We have 40 free classes a week. These premium classes involve an extra fee.

Mind/Body Classes:

Gentle Yoga I: Get started on your yoga journey. Learn the basic asanas of yoga in a gentle and relaxed environment using stability balls for optimal support.

Power Yoga: Flow through the mountains of YogaFit® with Kimberly. Intermediate and advanced classes focus on aligning the spine and joints for optimal energy flow. Challenge yourself with our unique approach to vinyasa yoga, moving fluidly from one pose to the next to build up heat in the body. Sweat out your toxins and end your day feeling refreshed and relaxed!

Tipsy Yoga: Start your weekend right and pop the cork Friday nights! Come let loose with a bottle of wine, snacks, and friends, maybe a little yoga too! First Friday of every month is Black-Light Yoga so mark your calendar and wear neon! BYOB and be prepared to share and taste.

Cardio and Strength Classes

Ab Lab: 25 minutes of core, obliques and back. For all fitness levels, great warm up class to start off your day!

Cycle/Endurance Cycle: Drench yourself in sweat! Come cycle with our top-notch coaches who will leave you breathless. 50 minutes of nonstop action will push you to the limit and beyond!

Schwinn® Cycle: Join Sabrina and ride the Schwinn® style of indoor cycling. Schwinn® has a heritage of 125 years incorporating the principles, approach, and science of real outdoor cycling. Enjoy a fast pace, music in your face ride that focuses on FUN, FRIENDS, and SWEAT, while being coached on real riding principles. What are you waiting for?

Battle Ropes: Release the warrior within! A fun, challenging workout that increases fitness endurance and power. Engages upper and lower body, and core. Utilizes jump ropes, weights, and battle ropes.

Muscles Mashup: An early morning full body express class! Maximize your time in the gym with a full body workout using weights to strengthen, tone, and sculpt. Make your mornings matter!

Body Blitz: Get in, get out, and get on with your day. Body Blitz is an early morning half hour, high intensity, total body workout designed for intermediate to advanced participants.

Step N Strength: An easy to follow high intensity class for all levels that keeps your heart pumping with alternating intervals of step aerobics and strength training for an all around total body workout! Be prepared to sweat!

Total Strength: Need to lift weights but don’t know where to start? Total Strength will have you lifting weights to the rhythm of the music! You can strengthen, tone, and sculpt your entire body in this fun and comprehensive workout!

Heavy Metal: Tired of pop music? Rock out with your favorite metal and hard rock bands! Routines cycle through circuit style, butt & gut, ropes, and every third Friday of each month try out our special equipment in the training room upstairs!

The HIIT List: This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and boost your metabolism.

Tabata®: Work strength and cardio with the full body action packed 45 min class. 20 sec of work gets you 10 sec of rest but you will be sweating the entire class. There is something for everyone of all fitness levels in TABATA ® . Come experience this fun and high calorie burning style of working out!

Butt & Gut: What’s your trouble areas? Focus on core and glutes in this class where cardio and toning intervals are designed to target and define abdominal muscles, glutes, and thighs.

Zumba®: Forget Jazzercise®! Zumba® is a Latin inspired workout for all ages where you can dance to great music with awesome people and get your calorie burn while having fun! Everyone is invited to this party, no dance experience required!

Zumba Gold ®: Come join in the fun with easy-to-follow choreography at a lower intensity while working on balance, range of motion and coordination to Latin and international dance rhythms. Come find your inner dancer.

Zumba Toning ®: For those who want to party but put extra emphasis on toning. The challenge of adding 1, 2, or 3 lb weights helps you focus on specific muscle groups so you and your muscles stay engaged. Use our 2 and 3 lb weights or bring your own lighter weights.
