Group Exercise Classes

Cardio Classes:

Step-N-Strength – A Circuit class that keeps your heart pumping with alternating intervals of step and strength training for an all around great workout!

Zumba® Dance– Our Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves creating a one of a kind fitness class that will leave you wanting more! “Ditch the workout , Join the party” Choreography changes every two months.

HIT it Hard– High Intensity Interval Training is one of the best ways to lose weight without losing muscle in a short period of time. This circuit class will rock your body to a different level utilizing compound movements and athletic drills.

Body Blitz– Get in, get out, and get on with your day. Body Blitz is a 30 minute, high intensity, total body workout designed for intermediate to advanced participants.

Matrix®Cycling – Experience Landshark’s Indoor Cycling class for motivation ,inspiration, and camaraderie. Our interval training maximizes your time at the club, blast’s thru fitness plateau’s, builds power and speed…torches calories! Be sure, You WILL walk away drenched! Reservations available. Insanity® – A revolutionary cardio- based total body workout based on MAX Interval Training. A way to push you to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results and efficient metabolism. Fit to accommodate to all fitness levels.


Group Strength classes:

Muscles in Motion – A group strength class utilizing weights to strengthen, tone, and sculpt the entire body. Reservations available. See the Front Desk.

Muscles Mashup– This class is the same Muscles in Motion, but will frequently change routines.

Ropes –  A high intensity, fun, and challenging workout that incorporates your core, muscular and fitness endurance using unique combinations with battling ropes and jump ropes.

Sweat Shop: A fun filled and energetic circuit training class that is guaranteed to make you sweat!

Mind Body/Core Classes:

Yoga – Yoga fundamentals that will address flexibility, endurance, strength, control and relaxation through a progressive series of movements.

Focused In Yoga – A Class will vary in specific areas to help release tension and tightness. (Each class may not be the same areas) Fit for all flexibility levels.

Wine down Yoga-Therapy – Wind down your week with a glass of wine, deep tissue, self massage, an invigorating sequence of restorative yoga poses. BYOW

AB Lab – 25 minutes of abs, obliques, & back for a complete core class. All fitness levels will love this!

Gentle Ball Yoga –  Learn the basics of yoga in a gentle and relaxed environment using balls.

Power Yoga – A class held for yoga flow through a series of challenging movements (asanas) that will push your boundaries physically and mentally.

Group Training Classes (Class has fee)

Strongman Bootcamp – a non-traditional and fun outdoor group training class that consists of utilizing your own body weight, resistance, high intensity interval training (HIIT), plyo-metrics, Power (using light – heavy weights), endurance and all your determination. Working out shouldn’t feel like a chore, come ready to sweat, work hard and be prepared to leave empowered and strong.
