Endurance Cycling
10:00 am – 10:45 am

Heart Cycle is training with a purpose for optimal results. It is specifically designed for cycling enthusiasts looking to improve their cardiovascular system. Each class focuses on a different aspect of the cardiovascular system.

All participants will receive their own Heart ID to help guide them through each workout.

A heart rate monitor is required to maximize your results.

“Endurance ride” training helps achieve success in riding longer distances for longer periods of time, without fatigue. This class will see longer periods of effort and lesser amounts of recovery. The class tends on the lower to medium range of cardiac challenge.

Zumba® Dance

The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves creating a one-of-a-kind fitness class that will leave you wanting more! “Ditch the workout and join the party!”
